Itinerary Planning Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to the purchase of our itinerary planning services through this website.

1. The service

Our itinerary planning service is a standalone planning service providing tailored travel advice and itinerary design.

Depending on the option purchased, the service may include:

• review of an existing itinerary
• creation of a bespoke itinerary
• recommendations on destinations, routing, areas to stay and suggested activities
• practical travel guidance

Unless expressly agreed separately, this service does not include the booking or arrangement of flights, accommodation, transport or other travel services.

2. Client information

You agree to provide accurate and timely information required for us to deliver the service, including travel dates, preferences and any relevant requirements.

Delays in providing information may delay delivery.

3. Delivery

We aim to provide itineraries or reviews within a reasonable timeframe following receipt of the information we need from you, although timing may vary depending on the complexity of the trip.

Any timeframe given is an estimate, not a guarantee.

4. Revisions

Itinerary Review (£30)

This service includes feedback and recommendations on your existing itinerary. It does not include ongoing revisions.

Bespoke Itinerary Planning (£97/ £195)

One reasonable amendment, within the original scope of the agreed brief, is included following delivery of your itinerary.

Further revisions or material changes to the scope of the trip may require an additional fee.

Examples of material changes include, but are not limited to:

• significant route changes
• adding or removing destinations
• major changes to trip length
• substantial changes in travel brief after work has commenced

5. Fees and payment

Payment is due in full at the time of purchase.

Fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as the service involves time, expertise and personalised work.

If you go on to book your holiday through us, the itinerary planning fee may be deducted from the cost of your holiday at our discretion and subject to the booking proceeding through our travel agency services.

6. Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel before work has commenced by contacting us promptly.

Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

7. Independent bookings

If you use the itinerary to make your own bookings, you are responsible for checking:

• availability
• pricing
• entry requirements
• supplier booking conditions
• visa, health and travel requirements

We are not responsible for independent bookings made by you with third-party suppliers.

8. Full holiday booking services

If you later ask us to arrange and book your holiday, this will be subject to separate booking terms and conditions.

9. Liability

Our liability in connection with this service is limited to the amount paid for the itinerary planning service.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded under UK law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
